Returns & Replacements

At SAUDER®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishing purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our furniture excellence team via our online portal or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original SAUDER® shipping cartons.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
